A staple of the neighbourhood, kaka knows when the rains will come and when the rains will stop. Kaka listens to the upperwalla, and plays with the neighbourhood kids. He is always present, and knows exactly whats happening. He reminds me of the upperwalla himself. Don’t know where he eats or where he sleeps. Never seen him do either.
